Partnership marketing · Account growth · Events
Build campaigns around the relationship, not just the logo.
I have led international partnership programmes that connect partner audiences, customer propositions and commercial goals. The same discipline applies to account-based and event-led growth: focus the audience, make the offer relevant, and measure what happened next.
to outcome
Partner programmes generated $125m revenue and 7% growth.
Context
Hertz needed partnership activity that created commercial value across EMEA, not disconnected co-marketing moments.
What I owned
Developed EMEA partnership marketing strategy across 13 markets; managed $1m+ investment across eight partners and worked with senior commercial leaders on growth opportunities.
Strategy & execution
Aligned customer propositions, loyalty, partner ecosystems and co-marketing activity with corporate growth objectives. Led integrated acquisition, engagement and loyalty programmes through digital and traditional channels; negotiated multi-market agreements.
Result
Programmes with American Express, Mastercard and Visa generated $125m revenue and 7% growth, while loyalty enrolment increased 15%. Multi-market agreements worth $100m were negotiated.
A practical route from target audience to follow-up.
An activation framework for partner events, field campaigns or named-account programmes. It describes how I would structure the work; the CV does not provide event attendance or pipeline results to claim.
Focus
Tier the audience by fit, value and readiness. Agree sales or partner owners.
Personalise
Build a useful reason to engage: proposition, proof and next step.
Activate
Coordinate invitation, partner channels, paid support, on-site experience and follow-up.
Prove
Track attendance or engagement, qualified conversations, pipeline, bookings and revenue. Compare against agreed baselines.
